Supporting early-stage dairy entrepreneurs using NY-produced cow milk

The Dairy Runway Program is open to early-stage dairy entrepreneurs or food innovators with an idea for any new, value-added, cow milk-based dairy products using New-York produced dairy ingredients.

Food entrepreneurs and dairy innovators participate in a six-week long virtual Cornell-hosted entrepreneurship course to focus on initial product concepts and customer discovery. In this program, up to 12 teams are selected into each cohort and take part in self-directed online learning activities with Zoom-based class meetings and one-on-one instructor check-ins. Teams that attend and participate in every session are offered fully funded access to Cornell’s Prototyping Kitchen, support from Cornell Food Science technical experts, and guidance from Entrepreneurs in Residence.

Students from the eLab Student Startup Accelerator, the Runway Startups Postdocs Program at Cornell Tech, and BioVenture eLab at Weill Cornell Medicine, made their annual trek to San Francisco for the Cornell Silicon Valley: Student Startup Showcase to pitch their innovative startups at Autodesk Gallery on March 26.
