Dairy Runway Program
The Dairy Runway Program is open to early-stage dairy entrepreneurs or food innovators with an idea for any new, value-added, cow milk-based dairy products using New-York produced dairy ingredients.
Food entrepreneurs and dairy innovators participate in a six-week long virtual Cornell-hosted entrepreneurship course to focus on initial product concepts and customer discovery. In this program, up to 12 teams are selected into each cohort and take part in self-directed online learning activities with Zoom-based class meetings and one-on-one instructor check-ins. Teams that attend and participate in every session are offered fully funded access to Cornell’s Prototyping Kitchen, support from Cornell Food Science technical experts, and guidance from Entrepreneurs in Residence.
